DohRall, based mainly in Boston MA, has been creating and performing original music for close to three years.  The group was founded with the intention of creating a solid, non-adjustable rhythm section (Doyle, Barry, Palazola) that can morph and expand into any number of formations, adding horns, percussion, guitar, even voice to create a truly fresh and impressive sound.  For this year's jazz festival, DohRall will be offering their more "stripped-down" quartet form, featuring the talents of Aaron Rourk, a long-time collaborator with the band.  In the DohRall's presence, prepare to experience a futuristic blend of nasty jazz, afro-funk and and dirty fresh hip-hop that will cause you to move like you haven't moved before.
